I wanted to share with you a simple, healthy recipe I made a few days ago.

 - Servings: 8
 
Ingrediants
- 3 lbs Red Potatoes
 - 1/4 Cup Oil
 - 1 Tsp pepper
 - 1 Tsp salt
 
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 450 F
 - Cut Potatoes into 1/8ths
 - Toss and Mix Potatoes with Oil, Pepper, and Salt
 - Layer on Baking Sheet
 - Bake 30 Minutes, Stirring Once Halfway
