Roasted Red Potatoes

I wanted to share with you a simple, healthy recipe I made a few days ago.

Roasted Red Potatoes, plain and simple... And Delicious.

  • Prep: 5 min
  • Cook: 10 min
  • Servings: 8

Ingrediants

  • 3 lbs Red Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 450 F
  2. Cut Potatoes into 1/8ths
  3. Toss and Mix Potatoes with Oil, Pepper, and Salt
  4. Layer on Baking Sheet
  5. Bake 30 Minutes, Stirring Once Halfway
