One of the most frequently asked questions I get is "What do you eat?"
I try not to be dietary diverse but as a father of 3 always on the run, it's difficult.
I prefer to plan and prep most meals beforehand. It's easier to lose weight when you're not guessing and struggling to keep up.
But I also need to make food my family will eat. Because I want them too to eat nutritious.
This is one of my staple morning smoothies.
Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 small orange, peeled
- 1 packet vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 banana, sliced (or 1/2 avocado, sliced)
- Ice, as needed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor like NutriBullet*
- Blend until smooth
If you're looking to supercharge your nutrition. Replace the banana with an avocado.
